Frequently asked questions

Yes. Technical support is provided via email (pomoc@binsoft.pl). For customers with paid licenses, support is also available by phone: +48 89 624 58 80.
To issue a foreign currency invoice, go to Sales and Purchase → Sales → Issue Document and select "Foreign Currency Invoice". Exchange rates are updated automatically.
Go to the top menu → Company Settings → Logo. The recommended logo size is 200x100 pixels. You can also add a watermark.
Go to Top menu → Tools → JPK Archive and Submission, then click "Generate JPK". We support JPK-V7M, JPK-V7K, JPK-FA, JPK-MAG.
Go to Warehouse → Inventories and Counts, then click "Create Document". You can conduct a physical inventory for selected warehouses.
Go to the top menu → Start → Data Export. We support: Comarch Optima, Insert (Rachmistrz, Rewizor), Wapro Fakir, R2KSIĘGA.
Go to the document view you want to correct and click "Issue Correction". The system will automatically fill in data from the original document.
The transfer method depends on the database type (SQLite, bsxCloud). For bsxCloud, simply log in on the new device. Details can be found in the documentation.
