§ 1 PERSONAL DATA

1. The personal data controller is BinSoft Sp. z o.o. (NIP: PL7451846889, REGON: 364251875, KRS: 0000618367), which operates in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L119 of 4.05.2016, p. 1) (hereinafter GDPR).
2. Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR, for the purpose of:
   1. determining persons authorized to represent the entity with which the contract was concluded and the scope of such authorization, and consequently the possibility of concluding the contract and its validity;
   2. maintaining ongoing contact related to concluding a contract between the controller and the entity on whose behalf you act, with which you are connected by an employment relationship or civil law contract;
   3. maintaining other ongoing contact and professional cooperation related to the controller's business activities;
   4. possible establishment, pursuit or defense of claims arising from the controller's business activities.
3. Recipients of personal data will be persons or entities authorized under applicable law or under a data processing agreement concluded by the Controller in writing, in particular entities authorized to obtain personal data or entities participating in the performance of the contract, especially accounting firms and IT/hosting companies.
4. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the cooperation, and after its completion for the limitation period of civil law claims and the period required by the Accounting Act.
5. The User has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
6. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if the User believes that the processing of personal data concerning the User violates GDPR provisions.
7. Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding a contract, with the reservation that in case of refusal to provide personal data, it may not be possible to conclude a contract or provide services by the controller.
8. The User's personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.

§ 2 COOKIES

1. The Website uses cookies – small text files saved on the User's device when visiting the Website.
2. Cookies are divided into:
   1. Essential – necessary for the proper functioning of the Website (e.g., session memory, cookie preferences);

2. Serwis korzysta z usługi Microsoft Clarity w celu analizy zachowań Użytkowników na stronie. Usługa ta rejestruje heatmapy (mapy kliknięć i przewijania) oraz anonimowe nagrania sesji, co pozwala na ulepszanie interfejsu strony. Microsoft Clarity automatycznie maskuje dane wrażliwe (np. dane formularzy). Usługa podlega Oświadczeniu o ochronie prywatności Microsoft.
3. Narzędzia analityczne są uruchamiane wyłącznie po wyrażeniu zgody przez Użytkownika na pliki cookies w kategorii „Analityczne".

§ 4 FORMULARZ KONTAKTOWY

1. Data provided by the User through the contact form will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry.
2. The legal basis for processing is the User's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) expressed by sending the message.
3. Data will be stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, no longer than 2 years from the last contact.
